April 17, 2006randoseru Public elementary schools dont have uniforms but they all carry the same bags. Called randoseru. Comes in various colors but blue, black and red are the most popular ones. They are sturdy and durable so usually they use it for 3 to 4 years, sometimes more. The strap is adjustable. See those small pouches hanging from their randoseru?? Every pupil has them.
