    For us who do not have cars, going out on a rainy day is not fun at all. Saw this biker driving fast from across the street so I hurriedly took out my cam from my purse.., sorry its a little blurred. I am jealous of this person because he can ride his bike while holding an umbrella. I tried this once and its so difficult. Sometimes I even see young folks reading their text messages while cycling. Dangerous!!
